Mike was extremely patient and understanding with my basic, mundane questions. He walked me through the entire process, responded frequently and in detail, and always made sure I knew exactly what was happening at every stage. As a first time homebuyer, he pointed things out during walk throughs of houses that I absolutely would have missed. He wasn’t afraid to point out the imperfections in a home, things that I would need to repair, etc. and he guided me through negotiations as well. He was knowledgeable about the process, and even put me in contact with partners he works with that would help me through the process legally.
